How the Process Works (by Delex Printing)

1. Design & Printing
   We print your design mirrored onto a special PET-based film using UV-curable inks, including white + color + varnish layers if needed.

2. Lamination
   The printed film (A-film) is laminated with a B-film (pressure-sensitive adhesive) so the design can be transferred.

3. Application
   You peel off the B-film carrier and firmly apply the transfer onto your hard substrate. Then you rub or squeegee to secure the bond.

4. Final Peel
   After applying, the carrier is removed, leaving the cured UV ink + adhesive bound to your surface.
